about trigger warnings

  It's been brought to my attention that one of my members on team aradia<3<vriska didn't take the trigger warning box in the signup sheet seriously, and caused a significant amount of confusion in the past few days. I knew that Chrisiscraziest considers this whole thing as a game, but I didn't think that his joke entry would get such a volatile response. I'm not sure what to do now.

 I wasn't aware that you could collaborate on one account with someone for HSO, sorry if this was mentioned in a post somewhere.
IS this, in fact, allowed? Does this mean my team has one more member, or do they only count as one?
I think the main person is a fic writer, they said ' I'm collaborating with an amazing EriSol artist so we're sharing this account, just to let you know ahead of time <3'
?? I'm a little confused on how to react to this, if at all.

 One of the members of my team hasn't responded since I've set up the community. I know we're about to start the first bonus round soon, but I'm wondering if I should give them a couple more days or declare an open spot on my team. If I do go with that option, would it be too late to fill it?
